Current Employment Opportunity: We’re currently looking for a Phone Sales / Customer Service Administrator.

We have the opportunity for a passionate customer and sales representative to work in a great, supportive team environment, with opportunities to grow within this role, and within the Bapcor group.
About the Role
As an integral member of the sales and customer service team, we are seeking a motivated sales administrator to to join our team. Some of the key aspects of the role will include parts interpretation, interpersonal, phone, fax and internet sales. The procurement of special customer orders, stock control, invoice processing and logistics will also be a large part of this role. General administrative duties, as required will also be a requirement of this role.
We are seeking industry experienced sales applicants who possess the following skills:
- Sales experience in the spare parts, automotive aftermarket or bearing industries
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and suppliers
- The ability to work effectively autonomously and in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Punctuality and diligence
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in the use of Momentum Pro and Electronic Parts Catalogue (Auto Info) would be an advantage but is not essential.
